Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking a manufacturing associate in Minnesota to hang weldments on the paint line, inspect for quality, and pull units from inventory into production stages. You will follow hang patterns, operate hoists and grinders, and report any issues to supervision.

A 4/10 schedule and competitive benefits are offered to full-time team members. The role requires reading blueprints, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Properly hang configurations of weldments onto the paint line per hang patterns.
• Remove dirty hooks for reconditioning as needed.
• Operate hoist, sander and grinder; report supply needs, equipment breakdowns, accidents or injuries to supervisor.
