Responsibilities:

• Visit sites to provide paint estimates using PEP software
• Accurately estimate costs
• Use own vehicle for site visits
• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Manage sales flow for 10-15 clients weekly
• Develop ongoing client relationships
• Serve as primary contact for customers
• Complete administrative paperwork
• Follow data security policies
• Attend weekly review meetings
• Collaborate with team members

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience estimating and selling painting jobs (min 1 year)
• Comfortable walking job sites and speaking with GCs or homeowners
• Knowledge of prep, coverage, labor, materials, and schedules
• Well-spoken, organized, reliable
• Seeking control over time and income
• Located in or near Colorado Springs, familiar with residential and commercial painting
