Olson's Ace Hardware in the Park Ridge/Franklin Park area is seeking a Paint Department Manager to lead the paint section and deliver an AMAZING customer experience every visit. You will work with a team to maintain attractive displays, accurate signage, and smooth daily store operations.

The ideal candidate has prior retail experience and solid knowledge of paint, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with knowledge of paint products.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Able to navigate store layout and assist customers efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Lead the paint department and supervise staff.

Join our amazing team where the opportunities are endless. We are looking for a paint department manager for our Franklin Park location. The individual will manage the paint section and ensure customers are provided an AMAZING experience, every time. You will work as part of a team, ensuring that customer engagement is the top priority, while also assisting in the daily visual and operational maintenance of the store. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience and solid working knowledge involving paint. Must be available to work flexible hours and weekends (including some holidays). This is a full-time position.

Requirements:

• Stock shelves with back stock product and incoming freight for the day.
• Assist customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Set and remove Ad prices for the appropriate sales and check for pricing accuracy.
• Maintain displays and face shelved products.
• Help in other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

Salary Range:

$17 - $18 an hour
