Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a SWDS Driver to deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickups. You will load, transport and deliver orders, ensure accuracy, and provide friendly service to customers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Requirements include being at least 21, legally eligible to work in the United States, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deliveries to meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Complete all required delivery forms.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and timely.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and keep to time schedules.
• Adhere to transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.).
• Perform warehouse duties including tinting and mixing orders.
