Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a 3 rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience.
• Preferred: experience selling paint and related products.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely manner using company vehicles.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and ensure stock readiness.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain store vehicle and report repair needs to supervisor.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules, comply with laws and safety rules while driving.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
