JC Licht is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver superior service in its Schaumburg and Mt Prospect stores. The role supports the management team and helps customers select products while maintaining clean displays.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management. The position is an in-store role with hands-on training and daily responsibilities in sales and merchandising.

• Detail oriented and ability to manage your time efficiently and appropriately.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Assist all customers in a professional and timely manner upon them entering the retail store.
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly and per company guidelines.
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers with all product lines and services offered by the store.
• Assist store managers with outside sales calls when necessary.
• Determine a customer’s needs by asking questions and listening to the customer’s response.
• Suggestively sell additional merchandise to help customers complete their projects.
