Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. is hiring for a day shift painter in Manchester, IA. You will set up and operate cup guns, air-assisted guns, and Hydra-Cat mixers to apply paint to parts and assemblies.

You will mix finishes, ensure proper coverage, and maintain quality standards on finished units. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic shop math, and the ability to work with welding-related materials. 2,000 hours of trade school are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Shop Math and ability to set up/operate painting equipment.
• Understanding weld inspection and steel types/gauges advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate painting equipment listed in the job description.
• Mix and apply paint to component parts and finished units.
• May be assigned other related duties as needed.

DAY SHIFT - 5:00AM to 3:00PM - 20-minute paid lunch

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

Painters are responsible for the set-up and operation of the following equipment: cup gun, air-assisted airless gun, Hydra-Cat mixing equipment. Painters are also responsible for mixing and applying paint to component parts and finished units. Painters may be assigned other related duties other than those herein specified.

WHAT THIS ROLE NEEDS:
