Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Associate to support our retail operations. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, present products, and process sales transactions while upholding store standards and goals.

You will work with a team to ensure high customer satisfaction, stock displays, tint/mix products, and participate in deliveries as required. Bilingual Spanish skills and a strong service mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal candidates must have a 'meets expectations' rating.
• Complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and recommend products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Aim to meet sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Stock shelves and displays, tint and mix products per specs.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
