Martin Painting & Co. is seeking a Paint Crew Lead to coordinate commercial and industrial painting crews on diverse projects. You will supervise daily activities, mentor crew members, ensure surface prep and coating quality, and uphold safety standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or industrial painting experience required.
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of painting and surface preparation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Dependable and safety-conscious.
• Comfortable working at heights and in commercial or industrial environments.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for timesheets and communication.
• Ability to work at least two weekends per month.

Martin Painting & Co. is seeking an experienced Paint Crew Lead to help coordinate commercial and industrial painting crews and support the successful completion of projects.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced painter who is ready to take on additional responsibility while continuing to work hands-on with a professional painting team.
