Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Punctual and dependable; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Prior experience in delivery or retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in the selection of products and their uses.
• Assist customers over the phone and in the store with questions and orders regarding paint products and coating materials.
• Prepare orders by mixing/tinting paint to the customer's specifications.
• Identify and match paint colors.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory and stocking.
• Load/unload materials for customers and deliveries.
• Occasionally deliver products to customers using a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and support store operations.
