Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Production Operator - Batcher in Hamilton, OH. The role supports pre-batching of paint blends, staging products for blended orders, and assisting facility blenders with spray-outs, drawdowns, and filling customer orders.

Location is 9203 Sutton Place, Hamilton, OH 45011. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm. Compensation ranges from $15.27 to $20.00 hourly, with standard safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare necessary materials and tools for blending
• Blend custom paint orders and make blends of paint as directed
• Match colors within facility color guidelines
• Operate tinting, mixing, and industrial material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
