Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is seeking a production technician for batch formulation, material mixing, color matching, and quality control within a paint production environment. You will ensure proper dispersion, use color spectrophotometer, and follow Central Lab formulations to meet customer specifications.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and willingness to operate fill-by-weight and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with basic math skills.
• Experience matching color specifications is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines, environmental and regulatory rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Conduct batch formulation and material dispersion per Central Labs specifications.
• Mix materials and perform quality checks for dispersion approval.
• Transfer batches to scheduled tanks for thinning and color matching.
