Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an RV Paint & Body Technician or Apprentice to join our service team. You will repair, refinish and restore damaged RVs with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, and we will train you.

As an apprentice or technician, you will work on-site using various tools and equipment, with opportunities to grow your skills in repair, preparation, painting, refinishing, and restoration techniques.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in RV or automotive body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of RV body construction types.
• Ability to use tools such as hammers, grinders and welding equipment.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and color matching techniques.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged RVs and assess repair needs.
• Repair body damage using appropriate tools and materials.
• Replace or repair damaged RV parts such as windows, doors, and trim.
• Sand, prime and paint repaired areas to match finish.
• Test repaired systems to ensure proper function.

RV Paint & Body Technician / Apprentice

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is experiencing exceptional growth, and we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as RV Paint & Body Technicians or Apprentices.

As an RV Paint & Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing damaged RVs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of RV body construction and be skilled in using a variety of tools, equipment, and materials to restore RVs to their original condition. WE WILL TRAIN YOU.

We are also interested in Apprentice-level candidates who are eager to learn the trade and develop their skills in RV paint and body repair. Apprentices will work alongside experienced technicians while gaining hands‑on experience in repair, preparation, painting, refinishing, and restoration techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged RVs and assess the extent of repairs needed.


• Repair RV body damage using various tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.


• Replace or repair damaged RV parts such as windows, doors, and trim.


• Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the RV’s finish.


• Test repaired systems to ensure they are functioning properly.


• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
