Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking RV Paint & Body Technicians or Apprentices in Lawrenceville, GA. You will repair, restore, and refinish damaged RVs, with training provided.

Apprentices will work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in repair, preparation, painting, refinishing, and restoration techniques. The role involves inspecting RVs, using tools like grinders and welders, sanding and painting, and testing systems to ensure proper operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in RV or automotive body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of different RV body constructions.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of paint mixing and matching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged RVs and assess repairs needed.
• Repair body damage using tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.
• Replace or repair damaged RV parts such as windows, doors, and trim.
• Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the RV finish.
• Test repaired systems to ensure proper function.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.

RV & Body Technician / Apprentice

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is experiencing exceptional growth, and we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as RV Paint & Body Technicians or Apprentices.

As an RV Paint & Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and refinishing damaged RVs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various types of RV body construction and be skilled in using a variety of tools, equipment, and materials to restore RVs to their original condition. WE WILL TRAIN YOU.

We are also interested in Apprentice-level candidates who are eager to learn the trade and develop their skills in RV paint and body repair. Apprentices will work alongside experienced technicians while gaining hands‑on experience in repair, preparation, painting, refinishing, and restoration techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged RVs and assess the extent of repairs needed.
• Repair RV body damage using various tools and materials such as hammers, grinders, and welding equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily conducted on-site at the service shop
