As a Cashier/Sales Floor Associate, your role involves handling customer transactions, maintaining store stock, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will be vital in building customer relationships and supporting our mission to create positive change.

Essential Functions

• Deliver exceptional customer and donor satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system for transactions, handle cash, and implement programs like Round Up and Good Points.
• Maintain accurate cash records and customer data using POS software.
• Handle disputes and exchanges professionally.
• Rotate stock and maintain attractive displays.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
• Support with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room upkeep.
• Follow safety and security policies consistently.
• End transactions with a positive message: "You changed a life today, thank you!"
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience with personal computer operations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with merchandise such as name brands, antiques, vintage, and collectibles.
• Ability to identify shades and inspect clothing quality visually.
