Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs in Utah is seeking an RN Assistant Nurse Manager to split time between direct patient care and case management in the Chronic and Interventional Anesthesia Pain Service.

The role supports the Nurse Manager with staff supervision, clinic operations, quality improvement, and administrative oversight to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for Veterans. Schedule: 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Competenze

• English language proficiency required for patient care and documentation.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Experience in case management or care coordination preferred.

Mansioni

• Split 50/50 between direct patient care and RN Case Manager/Case Coordinator duties.
• Assist Nurse Manager with staff supervision and clinic operations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams for veterans in pain service.
• Cross-train between sub-services and provide coverage during absences.
