University of Utah is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Pain Center within the Division of Pain Management. You will provide longitudinal pain management care for chronic non-cancer pain, post-operative pain consults, intrathecal pump management, and other therapies.

Training is available if needed, with potential to administer medications within state law. The role supports a Level 1 Trauma Center with academic excellence and strong patient outcomes.

Formación

• Licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Utah.
• ACLS/BLS/NRP/ATLS may be required by department.
• Utah prescriptive privileges and credentialing process.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and obtain medical histories.
• Formulate and discuss medical plans with physicians.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Perform invasive procedures within competence.
• Document care and participate in quality improvement.
