KTE Medical in Palm Springs, CA seeks a fellowship-trained Pain Medicine Physician to join a high-volume interventional practice. The position offers a guaranteed base salary of $400,000–$450,000, plus a production bonus of $133,000+ based on collections and quality metrics, a $50,000 sign-on, $30,000 relocation, and ASC buy-in after year one.

You will work in a streamlined pod model with support staff; perform SCS trials/implants, DRG stimulation, intrathecal pumps, and high-volume fluoroscopy

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board certified or eligible.
• ACGME Pain Medicine fellowship required; 2026 completion welcome or 2027 graduates.
• Neuromodulation experience including SCS trials and implants required.
• Fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume required.
• Clean credentialing and licensure history required.
• Commitment to intervention-first philosophy required.

Responsibilities

• Spinal Cord Stimulator trials and permanent implants.
• DRG stimulation procedures.
• Intrathecal pump implantation and targeted drug delivery.
• High-volume fluoroscopy-guided procedures (20–30/day).
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and support staff to deliver patient-centered care.
