Job summary

KT Medical in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a fellowship-trained Pain Medicine Physician to join a high-volume interventional pain and neuromodulation practice. The role offers a guaranteed base of $400,000–$450,000 with a production bonus of $133,000+ based on collections, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus and $30,000 relocation assistance.

There is an ASC buy-in after year one, a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO with ABA/ABPMR eligibility.
• ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship completed or expected in 2026/2027.
• Documented neuromodulation experience including SCS trials and implants.
• Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedure volume.

Responsibilities

• Perform spinal cord stimulator trials and implants; DRG stimulation; intrathecal pump implantation.
• Deliver high-volume, evidence-based interventional pain care; 20–30 cases per day.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Contribute to satellite clinic development and neuromodulation program growth.
