Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or appropriate primary specialty
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pain Management fellowship required
• Fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management physician preferred
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• New graduates and fellows encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and collaborative team skills

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of interventional pain management procedures
• Manage your own patient panel with clinic visits and procedures and on-call coverage

• Develop and expand a robust procedural practice within the DRMC campus setting

Position Highlights

• Employed opportunity with Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) and First Choice Physician Partners
• Established and growing Pain Management practice located on the Desert Regional Medical Center campus
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting excellent work-life balance
• Mix of clinic and procedural responsibilities with an approximate 50% clinic / 50% procedure split
• Opportunity to perform a broad range of interventional pain management procedures
• Ambulatory Surgery Center conveniently located on the DRMC campus for efficient procedural access
• Join an established practice alongside an experienced Pain Management physician
• Patient volume averages approximately 30-40 patient encounters per week, varying based on procedural schedule
• Responsible for management and call coverage of your own patient panel
• Strong referral network throughout Desert Care Network and surrounding Coachella Valley communities

• Back Office Staff
