Job summary

UT MD Anderson in Houston is looking for a qualified individual to provide clinical expertise in pain management, teach residents and fellows, and develop a robust clinical practice.

As part of the Pain Medicine Department, you'll engage in teaching, research, and maintaining exceptional standards of patient care. Ideal candidates will hold a doctorate-level degree, be licensed in Texas, and have the requisite board certification.

Qualifications

• Doctorate-level degree in a relevant field.
• License to practice in Texas required.
• Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified.
• Post-medical doctoral training necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert pain management and teaching.
• Maintain a clinical pain management practice.
• Supervise fellows, residents, and trainees.
• Engage in clinical research and academic activities.

Education

Doctorate-level degree in a field appropriate to faculty role and department mission.

Licensed to practice in Texas.

Board Eligible/Board Certified depending on rank.

Appropriate post-medical doctoral training.
