Job summary

The CORE Institute Riverside Clinic in Jacksonville is seeking an experienced RN to manage daily spine center operations and provide bedside nursing care for pre- and post-operative patients. You will partner with physicians and staff to ensure safe patient care and efficient clinic flow.

The role requires strong communication, clinical leadership, and the ability to train staff, monitor quality, and coordinate nursing services within a pain management setting.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum of one-year professional nursing experience; clinic and pain management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to generate creative and innovative approaches to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients in the clinic.
• Maintains exam rooms and supplies; assists physicians during treatments.
• Observes, records and reports patient condition and reactions to medications.
• Manages narcotics inventory and logging.
• Leads staff to direct patient flow and assists with front/back office operations.
• Trains and orients new employees; conducts quality monitoring of competencies.
