Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation per nursing standards.
• Promotes patient and family centered care and educates on home care and medications.
• Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory activities and professional development.
• Develops and documents plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
