Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
• Assessments provide a baseline for individualized care and ongoing evaluations.
• Establishes standards and procedures to meet patient care outcomes.
• Ensures accurate documentation and appropriate supplies and equipment.
• Acts as an educator to peers, patients, and families.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
