Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state where the teammate practices.
• ACLS certification by orientation end; BLS required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; not for new grads.
• Strong IV skills; preferred procedural/ICU/ED or Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care.
• Assist with patient exams and assessments.
• Develop expertise in pain pump management and medication coordination.
• Collaborate with nurses, techs, clerical staff, and providers.
• Exposure to advanced procedures: Epidural Steroid Injections, Nerve Blocks, Radiofrequency Ablations, Kyphoplasty, and Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials.
• Specialized roles such as Intrathecal Pump management and pharmacy coordination.
