Job summary

Mountain View Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join our pain management team in Idaho. You will monitor pain levels, coordinate care across specialists, and maintain accurate treatment records while communicating with patients and families.

Requirements include Idaho RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of experience. Conscious sedation training is required within 6 months of hire; there is a comprehensive benefits package and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with Idaho RN licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Conscious sedation certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide pain management care and monitor patient pain levels and response to treatment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across facilities to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing documentation and patient records (HIPAA compliant).
• Adhere to nursing standards of care and regulatory requirements; monitor health outcomes.
• Support infection-control protocols and medication administration procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to educate and support care plans.
