Job summary

Terrestris Global Solutions is seeking a Pain Management Physician to support Veterans in Huntington, WV. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with interventional procedures and comprehensive pain care in the VA setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board certified/eligible in Pain Medicine, and possess an unrestricted U.S. medical license. Prior VA experience is a plus, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine; ABA certification preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
VA experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform interventional pain care using fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance.
Evaluate Veterans and develop individualized treatment plans.
Manage chronic pain medications with opioid risk considerations.
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other team members.
Complete all EHR documentation per VA standards.
