Job summary

Elios Healthcare seeks a board-certified/eligible pain management physician to join our fast-growing network. You will perform spinal injections, nerve blocks, and stimulator implants in clinic and ASC settings, with a focus on evidence-based care and patient outcomes.

The role offers a fully guaranteed base salary based on experience, plus production-based RVU incentives ($75K–$125K+ annually), potential equity ownership in the ASC, and quarterly equity distributions.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Management.
• MD or DO with active state medical license.
• Strong procedural proficiency and clinical judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth.
• Excellent communicator in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive interventional pain management in clinic and ASC settings.
• Perform spinal and joint injections, nerve blocks, and stimulator implants.
• Evaluate, treat, and follow up with patients using evidence-based care plans.
• Collaborate with APPs and medical assistants to streamline patient flow.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical research and improvement initiatives.
