We offer an excellent opportunity to lead a thriving Outpatient Pain Management program as an employed physician. Enjoy a schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no walk-ins, in a well-established, referral-only practice. We seek a BE/BC Pain Management specialist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain. The practice includes diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain, medication management, minimally invasive surgical procedures such as spinal cord stimulation, basivertebral nerve ablation, peripheral nerve stimulation, kyphoplasty, SI joint fusion, Vertiflex, along with spinal injections, nerve blocks, and RFA.
The ideal candidate will have residency training in Anesthesia, PM&R, or Neurology. Fellowship training is preferred but experienced physicians will also be considered. This role involves overseeing multiple established APPs in a respected Spine and Pain Center, with procedures performed in the hospital's procedure suite or operating room. Our multidisciplinary approach includes physical therapy, neurosurgical and orthopedic referrals, surgical/procedural interventions, and both opioid and non-opioid medication options. Experience with spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulator implants, intrathecal pumps, and spinal injections is preferred.
Office hours are variable, from 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday.
