Pain Management Physician Qualifications & Requirements

• School of Medicine, accreditation
• Doctor of Osteopathic or Medicine degrees
• Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum of one year of post-fellowship experience
• Active Medical License and DEA License (Unrestricted and no sanctions)
• Certified in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• High-volume experience with a minimum of forty (40) patients per day
• Experience in advanced techniques and procedures
