Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. in Miami Beach seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Pain Management physician to join our Comprehensive NeuroScience Center.

You will provide outpatient clinical care and collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery, interventional neuroradiology, and physiatry for longitudinal pain management. Some inpatient care may be required as clinically necessary; no invasive pain procedures are assigned to this role.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in pain management with fellowship training.
• Experience in neuropharmacologic and psychodynamic aspects of pain.
• Interest in clinical research and medical education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient clinical care within the Comprehensive NeuroScience Center.
• Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery, neuroradiology and physiatry teams.
• Offer longitudinal pain management and noninvasive care strategies.
• Inpatient care when clinically warranted; no invasive pain procedures.

Some care will be rendered in an inpatient setting should clinical circumstances warrant.* The physician will not be responsible for performance of invasive pain management procedures.
