Interventional Pain Management Physician Huntsville AL

Salary: $415k-$460k to start with potential up to $575k

We are seeking an Interventional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation / Anesthesiologist Physician (PM&R) to join our expanding medical team full-time at our busy offices in Huntsville, AL. Our multispecialty team includes Physicians, PAs/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners working together to relieve pain, restore physical function, and empower patients. We utilize an integrated system of treatments focused on reducing pain and restoring function. Our organization provides strategic leadership, infrastructure, and resources that enable physicians to practice evidence-based medicine at the highest level within a supportive environment. We prioritize conservative pain management measures but also offer interventional procedures such as discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, SI joint injections, vertiflex stabilization, intrathecal drug delivery, spinal cord stimulators, and endoscopic rhizotomy.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history and relevant imaging/studies
2. Provide direct patient care with diagnosis and treatment planning for various pain conditions
3. Perform interventional procedures as needed
4. Coordinate with imaging and other specialty consultations
5. Reassess patients regularly to monitor progress and effectiveness
6. Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-procedure care, and lifestyle changes
7. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement treatment plans
8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
• MD or DO with an active license in Alabama
