• Seeking an Interventional Pain Fellowship Trained Physician
• Join one Physician and two APPs
• Strong Referral Base
• Well-established Interventional Pain Management Group
• In-House Lab; must do Blocks, Injections, Spinal Procedures
• Team-based approach to providing care
• No Hospital Call
• Brand new, state-of-the-art ASC, two floors from the clinic for procedures
• Shared practice calls with 3 providers, one week at a time

• Annual base salary plus wRVU production incentives
