Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Lone Tree, CO, seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will evaluate new and established patients, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and manage medications, with strong teamwork and physician collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license (required).
• Active DEA license (required).
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform minor procedures (training provided).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.
