Based at Sentara Fort Norfolk, you will join a collaborative team and build long-term patient relationships while contributing to program growth and patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with interest in managing complex patients with chronic pain.
• Hands-on training and mentorship in specialty care and minor procedures.

Responsabilités

• See an average of 20 patients per day.
• Perform trigger point and joint injections.
• Join a collaborative team of 2 Physicians and 1 APP.
