Job summary

Nova Medical Services is seeking a skilled Pain Management Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in homes and various facilities across Miami-Dade & Broward counties. You will evaluate, manage, and treat acute and chronic pain, creating individualized plans and monitoring progress.

This 1099 independent contractor role requires Florida NP licensure, comfort with a fast-paced schedule, and the ability to travel to diverse settings including ALFs and nursing homes.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida.
• Experience delivering bedside care and independent patient management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop pain management plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatments, and coordinate care with staff and physicians.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers on pain management options.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow regulatory requirements.
• Manage 60–80 patient visits per week and work with a busy schedule.
