Job summary

Deutsche Structured Finance Gmbh is seeking a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pain Management to deliver high-quality patient care in homes and various residential facilities across Miami-Dade & Broward County.

You will evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide evidence-based pain management interventions in collaboration with physicians and facility staff.

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP license or eligible for Florida licensure.
• Experience with bedside care and independent patient management.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Proficiency with Pain Management tools and non-pharmacological interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized pain management plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, facility staff, patients, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on pain management options and self-care strategies.
