Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes histories, performs physical examinations, and provides patient education.
• Orders lab work and performs necessary tests.
• Prescribes treatment and consults with a physician when needed.
• Maintains documentation and reviews records periodically.
• Attends continuing education and provider meetings.
