Florida Pain Physicians is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our multidisciplinary pain management team in Jacksonville, FL. The APP will evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain, work with physicians, and provide top-of-license care.

The role requires a Master's degree, Florida APRN/PA license, board certification, and DEA registration; experience in pain management is preferred, with opportunities to perform interventional procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license.
• Board certification as applicable.
• Active DEA registration (or eligible).
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, primary care, or related specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with interventional procedures or regenerative therapies under supervision.
