Qualifikationen

• Active, valid APRN Nurse Practitioner certificate.
• DEA Registration preferred.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted professional license in Indiana and be able to obtain clinical privileges.

Aufgaben

• Identify and assess patient clinical issues and health care needs.
• Record physical findings and formulate plan and prognosis based on condition and doctor’s plan.
• Evaluations and re-evaluations of established patients.
• Refer patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment when needed.
• Discuss cases with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan.
• Performs pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to practice protocols.
• Prescribe/Order diagnostics, therapeutics, medications, pain management procedures, DME.
• Eagerness and ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects.
• Supports the vision and culture of the organization; active involvement in performance improvement process.
• All other duties as assigned.
