Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified applicants for a physician position focused on pain management in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pain patients in various settings.
• Perform interventional pain procedures and manage pain.
• Participate in clinical teaching of medical students and residents.

Skills

Proficiency in spoken and written English

Ability to perform rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously

Experience in interventional pain procedures

Education

Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree

Residency training approved by VA
