Enterprise in Downtown Sacramento is offering a paid Management Internship to university students. The internship runs December 17, 2026 through March 12, 2027, pays $19.00 per hour, and places you in a dynamic, team-based environment with real responsibilities from day one.

As an intern, you'll learn to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with peers and coworkers while completing projects and competing in friendly challenges.

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester with graduation date of May 2027.
• 12 week commitment with the availability to start from the 1st day of training starting on December 17th.
• Must have a minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be willing to work a 40 hour work week during Winter Break.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• When you join our Management Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Management Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
