Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a motivated student for its Management Internship in Redding, CA. You will join a team-based environment and tackle real challenges alongside first- and second-year professionals.

The paid internship runs 12 weeks, starts December 17, 2026, and pays $19.00 per hour. You’ll learn to run a fleet, serve customers, craft marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with peers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester with graduation date of May 2027.
• 12 week commitment with start on December 17, 2026.
• Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
• Willing to work a 40 hour work week during Winter Break.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Possible eligibility for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
