Job summary

TBEI, Inc. in Minnesota is offering a fully paid Welding School where you’ll get paid to learn to weld, with no prior experience required. The program lasts about 80 hours (2 weeks) and is taught by an AWS-CWI.

During training you earn $16 per hour, and after successful welding demonstration you’ll be promoted to a Welder with a starting pay of $22 per hour. Once in a full-time Welder role, you’ll receive quarterly increases toward the professional pay level, plus a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• No experience required for the training program.

Responsibilities

• Learn welding during paid training and complete a weld demo.
• Transition to Welder with starting pay after successful program.
• Participate in company-wide pay increases and benefits once permanent.
