U.S. Bank is offering a 10-week paid Wealth & Asset Management Internship designed to build foundational knowledge across wealth and asset management with mentorship and a path to our full-time Development Program after graduation.

You’ll engage in projects that involve research, analysis, reporting, and client services, with exposure to senior leaders and peers. The role requires pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of Dec 2027 or Spring 2028, starting June 7, 2027, and about 40

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with target graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Basic understanding of Financial/Accounting terms, concepts, and applications.
• Ability to start internship program on June 7, 2027.
• Strong interest in finance, project management, consulting, and/or investment management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that impact the business, including research, analysis, and implementation.
• Analyze costs, estimate cost savings and benefits of recommendations.
• Compile and analyze information for assigned projects and make recommendations.
• Co-leading and influencing a working team of project staff.
• Act as a project liaison with other departments.
• Develop business and technical acumen through training and mentorship.
• Participate in cohort activities, social events, and development workshops.
