Job summary

Campaign Industries LLC in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring canvassers to go door-to-door and discuss the upcoming election. This is a temporary, in-person outdoor role with an end around Election Day 2026. Training is paid and you will be paid hourly with a small travel stipend.

You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver’s license with reliable insurance, and be able to walk several miles per shift while staying respectful to voters. W-2 employee, no commissions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Tue–Sat, 12:00 PM–7:00 PM, can vary based on campaign needs

Start at $23/hour | Rising to $24/hour after completing two full weeks of employment.Campaign Industries is hiring canvassers in the Rocky Mount area. You will go door to door and talk with voters about the upcoming election.This is a temporary job. We expect it to end on or around Election Day, November 3, 2026.Pay$23/hour starting pay$100 weekly travel stipend, prorated for partial weeksPaid trainingPaid weekly, every FridayBenefits: paid sick leave as required by state or local law. Temporary employees are not eligible for company health insurance.How This Job WorksYou are a W-2 employee, not an independent contractor.You are paid by the hour. There is no commission and no pay per signup.You will never pay a fee or buy anything to work here.You will complete hiring paperwork through Paycom, our payroll system.You will have support from experienced field leadership.ScheduleTuesday through Saturday, 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Your schedule may change based on campaign needs.What the Job InvolvesThis is an in-person, outdoor job. You will need to do the following:Be outdoors for most of your shift, about 6 hours a day, in heat, cold, rain, and other weather.Travel from home to home in residential neighborhoods for most of your shift. Neighborhoods may include hills, uneven sidewalks, steps, and driveways.Carry what you need for the day, such as a phone, water, and printed materials.Talk with voters one-on-one at their doors and keep conversations respectful and on message.Use a smartphone app to find assigned addresses and document each conversation.
