A manufacturing training program is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for a paid training in Welding, Electrical Assembly, and Construction. Candidates will undergo a 4-week program comprising classroom and hands-on shop training. Successful candidates must be able to lift 40lbs and pass a drug screen. This program will lead to permanent positions post-graduation. Those interested in hands-on work and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Strong willingness to learn and focus.
Able to lift 40lbs.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
Responsibilities
Participate in 4-week training program.
Complete 2 weeks of classroom and 2 weeks of shop floor training.
Take initial testing in measurement, blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.
