A manufacturing training program is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for a paid training in Welding, Electrical Assembly, and Construction. Candidates will undergo a 4-week program comprising classroom and hands-on shop training. Successful candidates must be able to lift 40lbs and pass a drug screen. Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and focus.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 4-week training program.
• Complete 2 weeks of classroom and 2 weeks of shop floor training.
• Take initial testing in measurement, blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.
