A leading training provider in West Allis, Wisconsin, is seeking mechanically inclined individuals for a paid training program focusing on Welding, Electrical Assembly, and Construction. The program includes 4 weeks of training comprising 2 weeks of classroom instruction and 2 weeks of hands-on experience. Candidates must be willing to learn, able to lift 40 lbs, and pass drug screening. Graduates will secure permanent roles. Qualifications

We are accepting applications for our brand new training program that will focus on Welding, Electrical Assembly and Construction / Finishing.

All classes are 4 weeks long (2 weeks of classroom training followed by 2 weeks of shop floor training).

The best part is that this is a paid training program that will have you with a permanent position once you've graduated!!

The desired candidates will be:

• Mechanically inclined individuals with basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Have a strong willingness to learn and be focused.
• Able to lift 40lbs.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen & physical.

We will reach out to qualified candidates to setup interviews and initial testing. This testing helps us gauge your ability and get you into the course that is right for you. It will include tape measure reading, blueprint reading, basic shop math and basic mechanical aptitude.
