Job summary

National Vision is hiring for an Entry Level Light Manufacturing (Optical) position on the 2nd shift at our St. Cloud, Minnesota lab. This full-time role offers starting wages of $17.55–$19.69 per hour with shift differential and attendance bonuses.

No prior experience required; training provided in a climate-controlled, safety-focused environment. Duties include inspecting frames and lenses, performing surface work, AR coating operations, and shipping preparation.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Prior optical/manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect frames and lenses for defects per ANSI standards.
• Perform surface work including coating, polishing, and finishing.
• Operate AR coating machine and manage lens sorting and packaging.
• Process shipping: scan, package, track orders.
