Job summary

National Vision in St. Cloud, MN operates the most technically advanced optical lab in the area. We are hiring for our manufacturing lab, offering starting pay $17.55-$19.65 with shift differential and perfect attendance bonus.

No experience required; training provided. Shift is Sunday through Thursday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM with seasonal overtime. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 401k match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• We will pay you while you are being trained.

Responsibilities

• Inspection: Inspect frames for defects. Inspect lenses optically (ANSI Standards) and for visual imperfections.
• Surface: Taping, blocking, generating, backside coating, deblocking, polishing.
• AR: Read invoices, sorting, pre-inspection, operate AR Coating Machine, load and unload lenses in sectors and machines, return lenses to trays and sort, clean and dry lenses, visually inspect to ensure ANSI Standards are met.
• Shipping: Scan completed jobs, bag jobs, sort to waves, prepare boxes for daily shipments, follow procedures and processes for tracking and shipping orders.
